"I retired from as an emergency Nurse Practitioner in January 2022 after 48 years in the NHS. 

I needed a hobby!. I developed a love for wood from my late Father and decided to buy a lathe after watching many YouTube videos. I absolutely love what I am able to create. With the help of my tree surgeon son, I have amassed a large amount of wood to turn and my family and friends have all been very supportive and encouraging."
